Closing before time

I have furniture that I wanted to send to Durban via Prasa train, They said they close @ 2 PM everyday, I hire a van to take my staff to the station when I got there they were long gone and the office was closed. That resulted me paying double for the van to take my furniture back.<br> <br> Yet I have been referring most of my friend from KZN to use this service, But for now on I will tell them about the bad experience I had with prasa. We really don't appreciate the way they treat their customers, The guy that was there working for prasa was very rude at me, word of mouth is a strong promotional tool.<br> <br>
