City to city bus service

My son traveled today from paarl to Johannesburg..currently on bus still...bus was an hour and ten minutes late...the bus had a breakdown in Worcester...for three hours...passengers are drinking on board of bus...bus stopped on intervals that delay the trip....bad bad service
