BAD SERVICE ON MY FIRST DAY USING YOUR TRAIN

bad service on my first day using your train. I WAS TREATED LIKE A TRASH THIS MORNING BY<br> YOUR STAFF, I did not know that your weekly ticket start working on Tuesday but it was sold to me with out explaining and I had a problem when they were checking tickets and I explained but they did not help me at all instead they treated me like a ********, your so called manager PHUMZILE added problems instead of solution and I had to pay R20 rand again for single which to me its UNFAIR because I DID NOT KNOW.
