Bad Service

This morning I had a bad experience with staff from Prasa who move people from metro plus to metro, what concern me the most is that all of us did have valid tickets and to think that metro-plus seat is so bad and there is no safety on the trains for there customer and still have time to move people around in the early hours of the morning. A valid Prasa customers I will never paid extra money for metro plus with the conditions is in and no guarantee of our lives in the trains. And most of the times the trains are delay or cancelled with any communication, but come the first of the month then all tickets boxes are open to sell tickets to u and the 1st or 2nd week the trains is back to delays and so on. what
