BAD SERVICE

<p><br />I'm a cornced client / customer with the bad service we get from PRASA the trains are always late every month we experience the same thing why cant PRASA do like transnet use to do if they know theres a problem give us buses which will be an alternative transport from them because of their mistake we buy monthly ticket and everyday we come work late and always make the same excuse even if you can wake up early still same problem will occur what is the management doing abaut these or there just sit there doing nothing I dont see any work there are doing because now and then we complain but nonthing is done abaut it will be happy if i can hear your response on these with the solution I'm still going to complain abaut these to Hello Peter just want to know what are we suppose to do</p>
