bad customer service and charging

Thursday 6 August 05am I tried to buy a single train ticket to centurion station and a lady named Ntsiki sold me 2 tickets to elandsfontein and refused to take them back. I had to buy another train ticket to centurion, after that I boght another one from a gentlyman whom she **** and said is her supervisor. Please somebody do something about her attitude and my money.
