bad attitude

i got a bad service from the lady who was at switch board at around 10am prasa headoffice. i phoned to confirm employment on this no ***. she gave me the no to call when i asked her to repeat the no to me <br> she said Oh Nkosi yam which simply means oh my God. i didnt say anything until she finish giving me the number. when she is done i asked her not to ever say that to the client again and that she must stop being rude to the people because i am at work as much as she is at work. she hung up on me before i could ask for her name. i phoned again to ask for her name she asked if i am the same person who called and she went on and on again i had to listen to her while she was busy talking what she like to me she is sooo rude<br> she doesnt deseve to be where she is she must be removed from that position and work where she will not deal with people. she has bad manners.<br> if the telephones are recorded please go back and replay.<br>
