Asking for reserve seat

Hi can somebody pls help. If you are pregnant and disable how do you as prasa make sure that we get to be seated because other commuters they don't leave spaces for us. This is so frustrating as I have another 2 Months to travel using a train can this be sorted cause this is unfair. Imagine having to stand up all the time in this situation and you can't go around Asking people to leave their seats.
