appauling service

<p>I am travelling on City to City coach from Jhb to Flagstaff. Ticket reflects departure time as 1935 but we only left at 2030 after the officials insisted that we fill up the Mbizana route. It seemed like we were not allocated a coach. The bus left and sadly broke down at Pietermaritzburg at 0300. We are told we have to wait for another coach that will leave from Jhb. The time now is 0545. Arrival time 0845</p>
