another day without transport

Prasa has let us down once again. This morning waiting for a train at crossmore chatsworth, only to find out that thers nothing coming. The employees of prasa can not give you any answers as to why the isnt a train at 5o clock in the morning.everytime this happens we got to go take other modes of transport,which is costing more money.how do I get a refund for the day from prasa.the only thing the employees care about is checking tickets they don't care how u are going to work and what time u reach there.prasa is *****ing from us by not providing what we pay for.now with the inconvenience of this train not running to its destination,they r still having problems.they don't care about peoples jobs and families that have to be cared for,as long as they got their jobs they can't be bothered.they don't care if we get warnings at work for being late or being fired as long as they get their ticket money.I wantt to know how I'm going to get a refund and when are these people going to be serious
