Abuse by Gurds

<p>Today I was in tears. I was verbally abused by a gurd at Park station he told me f#@k me in front of his supervisor. After trying to tell me that i cant stand were I was. I will never use any services at Park station because this gurd was abusive it took me 2 hours to locate a supervisor and eventually i was taken to an office that did not even look professional at all. This issue of gurds not being trained probably on how to approach people its appauling. I normally use the bus there but no more. And i will be writing to the bus companies to make them aware of why most people won't be using their services at Park station.</p>
