Worst company service ever experienced.

I ordered the promotional Praltrix product on 19 January 2019 and had to pay just for the delivery fee which I did on my credit card. I have not received anything as yet but have been charged for three new orders that I have not received. There have been 41 emails send requesting a refund for over R4 200 that they owe me. When you email them, you get a standard reply that someone will call you and when i have got the call they hang up and when you try and call them back it rings once and then goes to "line busy". I have requested that someone with authority should call me but to date just get stuffed around from pillar to post. It is the worst experience of my life and I would strongly recommend that nobody should deal with this company.
