Value of item delivered does not match the item i bought

I purchased a pair of prada shoes through Prada South Africa in September and i only received the order in ate November. What made is worse is i didn't even receive the pair of shoes i ordered, instead i received a louis vuitton scarf. I am disgusted at these online sites that will take your money and not even deliver what you ordered
