Consistently billing incorrectly, slow or no service and no feedback after complaints/queries

Ever since my doctor switched to using Pracmed to administer their bills (second half of 2019) I have had problems with my bills being administered incorrectly. In the first instance my sessions were billed under the wrong code, which led to the wrong amount being charged from my medical scheme. It was eventually corrected after a couple of patients raised this issue with Pracmed, but it made administration with the medical scheme and tax difficult.

In the second instance, my Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMBs) form for 2020 was not submitted to my medical scheme as soon as I signed the form. Nonetheless, my doctors bills were submitted to my medical scheme, leading to the bills being paid from my savings account, which was then depleted in less than two months. I contacted Pracmed about this issue around March and only after several back and forth emails did they promise to fix this. Some of my visits were converted to PMBs according to the emails I received from my medical scheme, not Pracmed) but my savings account not topped up. Suddenly in November 2020 I get an SMS from Pracmed saying that I have an account of more than R7000 outstanding. Upon drawing a statement from Pracmed in the link in the SMS (I haven't received a statement since the being of the year at least, maybe end of 2019) I see that the outstanding amount is for doctors visits at the beginning and middle of year - some visits were not billed as a PMB, other there is a co-payment, but no logical order. After calling Pracmed three times (1 time the person I was told to contact was not available and she didn't call back, 1 time no answer and the 3rd time success) the person told me she understands that I'm concerned about the inconsistency and will investigate and get back to me. I has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received feedback.

I wish I did not have to deal with Pracmed, but unfortunately that is up to my doctor using them.
