Withholding Refund

I have made an arrangement to pay pracbill due to the medical aid lacking in making payment. After reporting the medical and the account got sorted for the Dr. N.K Botes I have to wait almost 2 months for my refund.

It is day 14 whereas my money should have been refunded to myself on the last day in May 2019.

This is extremely unprofessional practice.
