Pqx3 *** bad service rude staff driver and sales guy Kevin
Had an awful experience my furniture taken on 28th from pretoria by these guys very unprofessional. Looking workers look so exhausted and burnt out left my stuff 7 boxes king coil mattresse exercise bike on 9th floor instead of 12th whee the other stuff was delivered by them.
After they left we were searching like crazy the guy Kevin was extremely rude saying he dnt care bt what I feel and I must be patient Complained about his workers errors he cut the call on me many times and took long to answer, the stuff took 3 days instead of 1 as promised, we had to stay in a hotel and then sleep on the floor thinking they will come as promised. The driver who delivered was screaming and shouting in front ofy building a very reputable place where noise and respect were the rules of the day.
Called again they losty stool and leg off my king coil bed, was in a dirty truck and Kevin not answering email pq
We do know about this load .
Why the delay
Firstly all your goods was infested with ****roaches when my guys collected your goods from Pretoria.
Unfortunately we had to leave your goods on our collection truck and have it fumigated that took a full day .
We did notify you about this and you yourself blamed to building for the ****roaches.
We quoted you on a shared load from Pretoria to Durban unfortunately we could not load your goods with other clients goods due to your goods having so much of ****roaches, if we did our other clients goods would also be affected .
On offloading your goods in Durban you told us the buildings lift was in working condition only to find out the lift ended on the 9th floor and my staff had to carry your goods from the 9th floor to the 12th floor now can u understand why the guys were exhausted.
I hope in the future you take some time to clean your living space .
