store hours

on Saturday 4th July. I rushed all the way from Riverlea South of JHB to shop at PQ's Alberton. I arrived 18mins, before the closing time (15h00) according to the internet. all other shops was opened but PQ's was closed and the security guards were ordered by PQ's management to close because the queues were apparently too long. we were about 8people standing outside when I got there, there was already a couple standing there trying to negotiate their way in. I wasted my petrol and my time cause as I asked for the security guards to call the manager - he/she refused to come and defuse the angry customers. this is unacceptable and just bad practice. shops should close the times that is advertised. and Managers should attend to people, where inside or outside the shop.
