Rude sales assistance

I asked for the sales assistant (in English , basic language at a working environment) to help me get a dress from a rail that was out of my reach. She shouted across the store in IsiXhosa ,rudely...i walked up to her and asked why she was so rude to me...she then carried on addressing me in her mother tongue and made comments to her colleague and still didn't didn't help me. After paying at the till, I realised that at the end of the aisle that another sales assistant was moping the floor. I asked her where else I could make way to the door since she closed the exit...... she rudely rep**** in Pedi, made gestures to my face.. I then figured a way out...as i was walking out, she was standing right on the spot where she said I shouldn't pass, at my surprise I asked why i couldn't pass yet she's standing there. The lady started shouting at me aggressively and repeatedly told me to leave the store in her home language. I asked for her manager, Karen, I asked for both their details. The area manager said that i must leave my details then they'll get back to me with feedback regarding my complaint . Two weeks later, they haven't contacted me. I've never been so disrespected in my entire life. The PQ clothing in Pretoria has filthy customer service and do not keep their promises
