Primrose a disgrace

I have been into three of the shops on the East Rand. Kempton Park, Boksburg and Primrose. Both Kempton and Boksburg are great, the staff are friendly and helpful and the shops are clean and tidy. The primrose one on the other hand is the exact opposite. I've only been into it a few times although it's more convenient that the other two for me. The staff are rude and unhelpful to the point of beligerent. They seems to be in the process of unpacking tatty boxes every time I have been in and that can't be co-incidence. There are random stocks of clothes on the till counters and the floor all around them. I looked for a manager the last time I was there only to realise he was watching the staff being rude and not doing anything about it.
