PQ Clothing Black Heath (Heathway Square)

Hello Peter, i had popped into PQ clothing Heathway centre, this afternoon before 5pm, the girl at the door responsible for welcoming customers and sanitising of hands, said to me as i walked in, we do not allow customers to enter our store without a mask (cloth mask) as the one she wore. She then said, did you not read the sign outside our store? pointing at some supposed sign outside on the glass window while i was already inside. At this stage, i had a bandana cloth, that i use to cover my mouth & nose, infact that is what i use when in public. I asked her, as a customer, what if i do not have a cloth-mask? to my knowledge as long as my nose & mouth are covered, as per directive from the minister, (objective is to cover one's mouth and nose), this un-trained employee who has no idea of respecting customers, or customer etiquette had the nerve to say, its not my fault if you do not have a clothed mask. (its a pity i never took down her name) for i was highly disgusted at her attitude and lack of reasoning. i immediately realised i could not get into a confrontation with this such person. PQ clothing stores (and the store managers thereof) need to train their staff on simple customer service and etiqutte. This is not the first time ive had such low-life disrespective attitude from their staff. Black on black service is really *******, black employees think they are doing us (consumers) a favour by allowing us into their store. I plan to go back and see the name badge of that particular girl and speak to the manager. Some of these employees need to be trained and drilled on basic etiquette and customer service.
