POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My mother got a gift for her birthday and they bought her a big size, I went to PQ in Alberton Mall to request for an exchange for the same thing because she loved her gift but they didn't have it so I kindly request for something on the same velue and I was told that it is not possible because there was no receipt for it... My issue is the fact that you can I have once purchased at Mr price with no receipt and no tag but still got an exchange for the it... I got the impression that we might have stole it and that it's not the product from PQ... We didn't want the money, all we need is to get an exchange I've pay to top up if need
