Mistreated and Bul****

<p>It was on the 20.07.2017 around 17:25 Pq Clothing Store Corner van der walt (Lilian Ngoyi) and Struben str....I went to exchange a Jean i bought from the store when i get there they told me i have to be quick because the store closes at 17:30 and i took another jean and i reach the pay point the staff was so rude to me especially the lady manager who told me the Jean is dirty and they cant exchange it.....so i asked about their policies she said to me they cant take it and i must leave because they want to close. The ladies in that store they are very rude and disrespectful and they dont know Customer care...</p>
