********** clothing **** sold via watsapp

I have ordered an outfit from this lady Voni who advertises clothes and request payment first before sending orders out, I placed an order on the 26th November and up u till now I did not get anything, strangely she lives in Johannesburg and I keep asking her about the outfit, she keeps telling she's waiting for a collection pin to give me as it was supposed to be delivered at my nearest pep store. She doesn't respond to messages, she's a *****, this is her number +***, if added to watsapp, you are able to see her women's line clothing she advertisers.
