Customer service

My wife received a gift of 2 pairs of ski pants which are XL, I went to exchange them for 1 size bigger, but was told that was the biggest size. They needed a cash slip to exchange it for something else. I explained that it was a gift and was told that since the looting last year nothing was exchanged without a cash slip. I again said it was a gift but was they were adamant that they wanted a cash slip. I asked them why would I try and exchange items worth R120 almost a year later. That customer service was terrible
