bad quality material

hi, i bought boots from your Randburg square on the 8/06/2015 and just today i saw that the leather is starting to pill off on the sides on the boots. Unfortunately i lost my receipt when i changed bags. i want to return them but the only proof of purchase i have is my bank statement reflecting the transaction as i paid using my debit card, i spent R250.00 on these boots but they are wearing off already its not even been a week.
