Bad client service

Hi I was recently at your store and I had taken a dress with no price on it, I went to enquire with the lady at the front if there would be a way to get the price as it was the last one. She took the dress and threw it behind her and told me that it is not for sale. Please talk to your staff as this is really bad and am sure there should be a way to find out rather than what she did. I have been a service agent before and don't remember this as being a good way to assist people in the store when they needs to buy.
