Proffesslism at the lowest_PQ clothing EASTGATE

Went to buy a few items,were told we could not go through to the ladies side as they were doing what seemed to be stocktaking in the store.The music was stopped at 18:15pm and told to hurry as the storing is closing.Thetrading hours were from 08h00am-19h00pm.1)There were two registers working,the manager as well as the cashiers,in front of customers told us that they need to close and cash up at 18H30.2) they needed to close and cash up because they use public transport and we had cars,so its easier for us to get back home.

What professionalism is this,you argue with customers??? No respect for customer service? It was disgusting to say the least.
