WORST SERVICE EVER!

<p>I contacted PPS to cashout my fathers RA. When I received the forms, there was no option for a cashout of 1/3. So after many calls made by myself at my cost, I was told to write it on the form. 2 months later, my father starts receiving his full monthly payment without a 1/3 cash payout. After a few more emails and telephone calls I have no response and no help. The broker who is so eager to sell the RA is nowhere to help. He says this is out of his hands. My wife and I qualify as Attorneys this year and will never ever use PPS and neither will I recomment this company to any professionals as PPS is hardly professional. Pathetic is more like it.</p>
