Unexplained premiums

<p>PPS approached me last year and offered me a policy, I didn't hesitate as the premiums were reasonable for a student. Earlier on this year I received an email about premium increases but the document didn't stipulate how much my new premium would be. A new month came and PPS debited almost double my initial premium. I asked my financial advisor for a break down of the new premium and an official letter stipulating this premium, I am still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>No one at the PPS financial department has reverted back to me about the new premium. They just continue debiting my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also I must add that the policy document I have states that from ages 25-29 there should be a premium increase of 0% my premiums however got doubled. I need answers </p>
