Terrible terrible terrible

Terrible service. Submitted all required documents and got told to wait 10 days. After 10 days I emailed asking for an update, almost immediately they asked for a whole list of things they need from me. Most of the things they needed from me were already in the first documents I sent. In addition to all of this they listed two doctors that they’ve requested information from that I have never seen?? Completely unprofessional service. Each time you email it takes 3 working days to get feedback. This whole process is extremely slow.
