Terrible customer service.

How do you call yourself "professional" when i have to make 5 calls and when i eventually get through, i cannot hear the person on the other side. Your service is terrible.

I have been trying to get a clients portfolio for 6 months and it is still not available on the website. Again, terrible client service. How does this comply with TCF?
