Terrible customer service
I have tried to join PPS for over a month now. I have been called back by PPS 3 separate times (by 3 different PPS employees in response to different submissions to the company) during this month to inform me a broker will call shortly. However, I have not heard back from any broker. I am now starting a new job with no sickness or disability cover. I am disgusted by their service. If this is how they treat new customers, what is going to happen when I need to claim?
