But when the $#!$# hits the fan and you really need them, when you have bills to pay and mouths to feed. PPS will NOT honour your valid claim. Phone calls will go u answered and emails will be rep**** to months later or ignored. You will be treated like a second rate citizen unless you are melanin lacking.
