Shoddy service

<p>I m a client of PPS and was recently recruited by their broker. Since I was moving from the discovery policy upon signing the new policies with pps in 2016 I asked the broker what was to happen with the previous discovery policy which they convincingly said I must not worry about and the signed documents will be used to request termination and the PPS takeover. </p> <p> </p> <p>Its ya only after a few minutes months that I realized that the previous policy wasn't terminated.. I alerted the broker of this and since march have been given a runaround as to why was this the case and after numerous email, telephonic and text communications the broker has proven rather unreliable and has avoided coming up with the real solution to this issue. I find this disturbing and unacceptable as a service from a company that is supposed to look after life policies. </p>
