Shocking Service from PPS
I took out a policy with PPS more than 30 years ago.Up until now,I have never claimed but I recently put in a legitimate claim.It's been more than 3 months and I haven't been paid out,nor have I received feedback from the company explaining the delay. When I phone the main switchboard,no-one answers the phone and when emailing,I haven't received a satisfactory response. I would strongly advise young professionals to go elsewhere and not to invest in PPS.One pays for years and then one has a problem when trying to claim.
