Shocking dismissal and disregard for sickness benefit claim.

Please rethink before insuring with PPS for sickness and disability specifically. PPS has exploited me for 3 decades. I trusted them to have my back if real need arises. My claim history is immaculate. I am a breast cancer survivor and did not claim for a complete mastectomy and latissimus dorsi flap in 2017. I did not claim sickness benefits for thr period up to cancer remission in 2022. I now have debilitating PTSD after working in Afghanistan from April 2023 to Sep 2024 when I literally could not remember any events from a confrontation with a local Afgan in Sep 2024. I have explained my vulnerable and confused state, and despite that they moved goalposts, ignored requests for telephone conversations with the claims department. Use ANY other insurance company. I am now connecting with other medical professionals. Their stories are similar, but I am blessed with resilience.
