Shocking Customer Service from PPS
I would urge the public to think twice about taking out insurance with PPS. I've paid for PPS for more than 30 years and now I'm struggling for them to pay my claim.Struggling to get some-one to answer the main switchboard. The senior assessor is making my life as difficult as possible to be paid out.PPS I'm waiting to be paid and I don't understand why I need a medical report when PPS was given one initially. Customer Service at it's worst.
