Service and customer experience is really bad

Customer service is really bad, call centre is extremely loud which is unprofessional given that PPS is targetted for professionals.

Can never get through anyone in short term and the claim process is an absolute nightmare!

Turnaround is meant to be 8 hours , took them 5 days to respond only becuase I copied in the short term ombud.

Cancelled my insurance with no attempt to try and retain - very odd!
