Refusing to pay for my car.

This insurance was not supposed to be a insurance for professionals .I am a Physiothe****** by profession,you cannot believe that I made a claim since February 2023. My car is still in mercedes. They are refusing to pay. Just imagine my car hit potholes all of the 3 tyres and rims got damaged and my steering got damaged together with coolant system including the radiator. Mercedes wrote them a report about the damages. The guy who is involved in my claim,his name is frank Rachidi from brolink,their administrator,sent me an email stating that they won't pay the damages because they are not related from the accident. Just imagine my car never had liking problems but after I hit a pothole, coolant was liking,steering wheel was shaking. Can I sue them via Mt lawyers or do what? I really want to expose people and I have millions followers on tiktok,I should post our communication so that people will see that ,they they are not a good insurance. More special for professionals. I hv to take a taxi to see my patients,just imagine.
