Quick to take your money but offerTerrible service

Called customer service and their investment centre. Neither were able to track my investment which has been with them over 30 yrs. They promised to call me back but that never happened. I sent an email and was promised a response in 1-2 working days and that never happened either. Terrible customer service. Not the company to trust with your investments.
