Prolonged Claim response

My shock as I go thorough what PPS is putting other people letting me know I’m not gold in a *** pot.

I have been a faithful member of Pps since 2*** I have claimed twice for sickness till this point both instances I was hospitalised

Currently busy with my 3rd claim to them for hospitalisation as well.I submitted my documents by the 1st of April and till now I haven’t received any response but weird requests that I accounted for ! It’s now almost 2 weeks of no word from this company I’ve got my life cover,income protection and others with them . Now In my time of needing them they’ve all of a sudden tightened the knots cause there’s “to many claims “ and yet claim you can claim how many ever times you want just to appeal to a larger audience and get more clients!! How about you serve the ones you have and if you feel overloaded hire more staff to keep your company promises! Disgusting behaviour by PPS.. Absolutely Repulsive
