Professional and good after sales service

I see a lot of bad reviews for PPS but I can honestly say I've had a very seamless experience interacting with PPS. Their staff are professional on the phone and they are quick to respond.

I've repaired my windscreen chip twice with PPS with no hastle and very swiftly

The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is for 2 reasons:

1. Sometimes when I call agents for insurance queries I get two different responses

2. There are other insurance companies that offer better rates and reductions on a performance based system which PPS doesn't have (but they do have a profit share benefit which you can decided if it's worth your time)

The more products you have the more you may benefit from PPS, so consider that too.
