Professional and excellent service from PPS.

Last night the 17th of August 2022, had a breakdown at about 1745. Contacted PPS insurance for roadside assistance.. Spoke to Nthatho, who arranged assistance for me.MF Towing, soon contacted me for location, Khulekani was the driver from MF Towing. I was home just before 20hr00, safe and car delivered.Thank you to PPS for being very professional and swift. Nthatho, kept checking progress,also advised me in advance who was coming to assist.I felt very cared for despite the frustration of the breakdown.I received a call later, from PPS representative, Nthato, checking whether all went well. Great service experience.Thank you.
