PPS sickness benefit *******

I am a qualified , registered Physiothe******. I took out a PPS policy when I was 26 years old and I am now 53. On the 14 April I had an extremely serious horse riding accident . I was rushed to hospital and admitted to Trauma ICU for 6 days . This is the first time I have ever made a claim .I have filled in the forms required and submitted them timeously . I am supposedly covered for an amount of R15000 per month . Due to 6 vertebral fractures I was completely booked off by my Neurosurgeon for 90 days . I have to date received two payments , of R10 000 and R11000 for two periods of 21 days . 5 weeks ago they requested further reports and my xrays ( who at PPS is better qualified to assess my xrays than my neurosurgeon , radiologist and trauma specialist ?? ) payday has come and gone , not a word! Of course PPS. Have not faultered on taking my monthly contribution of R3700 per month .
