PPS Short Term Insurance poor service on quotes

This is for the PPS Short Term Insurance. PPS is always encouraging its members to add more products to their portfolio to benefit from the profit sharing and that is a great offering. I have tried on two two occasions to move my short term insurance to them. I know that my risk profile including credit profile is very and with no claims history, one would expect a competitive premium to be offered. Instead, you are offered 2,5 times what you are currently paying with your current insurer. Is the PPS model quoting model designed to deceive you in such a way that they recover what they have to pay in you in profit share by bumping up the premiums on even good and low risk clients. I find this to be an unacceptable practice. Most recently as last week, a gentleman from PPS quoted me and was then meant to refer the quote to Management and he never bothered to come back to me. 3 weeks ago I also asked Neo to have a look at this and he too never came back. Is the service become so bad at PPS that you are now forcing me to move my other PPS products elsewhere. This is really sad when you do this to clients.
