PPS - SERVICE IS PATHETIC

If I could have given ZERO STARS I would have done so.

So on the 8 May 2025 my Benefits was cancelled, on the 9 May 2025 I have send through the Proof of Payment and the Application for Re-instatement.

Only my Life Insurance benefits was re-instated.

Still waiting from 9 May 2025 for the Sickness Benefit to be re-instated.

We are already on Day 5 going on Day 6.

Send emails and call in but NO RESPONSE.

This is PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
