Pps refusing to give feedback on claim - we lost everything now
So, we are standing at 3 MONTHS having our claim 'assessed'. Loyal payers, for more than a decade. My husband (previously Scada Engineer) has been declared disabled in March already. We have sold everything we could. I'm literally borrowing money just to buy food. Our medical aid couldn't been paid... You are disgusting PPS. Come live in our studio (provided from a friend) temporary, and maybe then you'll realise the pain amd suffering you causetp your LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

07 Jul 2022, 12:20It has been to claims department. It has been escalated to your complaints department. My broker has spoken to every head possible. Still no reason for thehold up. So what is different now?
A court of law granted curatorship... so why would PPS think he is not worthy of his own disability cover he ensured to provide for 20 years ago!
I'm trying to sell my wedding ring to get meds for my husband, let alone myself. With all due respect this is far more than just 'challenging'.
