PPS not interested in new business

PPS is not interested in doing business. Requested a quotation for life insurance. No feedback. Eventually phoned them and was instructed to send an email, did receive the automatic response. Proving that the email was sent to the correct email address. Only received a call back around a week later. This is unacceptable for a company like PPS. Eventually realized that PPS do not want any business and took my business elsewhere. Will look at moving my home insurance as well.
