PPS Long Term is OK but Maybe Skip PPS Short Term

Hello Peter,

I have enjoy cover from PPS Long Term Insurance for 10+ years with minimal fuss. However, PPS Short Term Insurance appears to be a completely separate entity. PPS Short Term Insurance looks to be an unstaffed shell of a company.

I registered a vehicle claim via email following hail damage, I received a call from the Assessors and completed their process, and I have received no further correspondence. Emails to PPS get the automated reply promising a response in 8 hours, which does not happen. And, calls to the call-center go unanswered.

If no one works at PPS Short Term, perhaps consider shutting this division down?
