PPS - is this the end ?

I have tried today to speak to someone about getting a quote from you for a new vehicle. I have called 5 time now, spoken to 8 different people and no one can give me a quote ! Is it that difficult - is this what I pay PPS for as an existing customer !!!!!!?????? How hard can it be - i am losing my mind here.
